Of high durability, the cord is efficient and versatile for a variety of outdoor uses, and easy for you to make various knots and hitches out of this durable cord, like Prusik, Autoblock, VT, and Klemheist hitch knots, etc.
KEVLAR blended sheath! Kevlar, of high performance in heat and abrasion resistance, offers an excellent solution to friction heat and strand wear generated during rope operation. Combined with high tenacity polyester, the tough material of low moisture absorption, this solid rope jacket is made, providing increased durability and prolong service life.
EASY KNOTTING! Supple in handling and flexible, the hitch cord is easy to work with to fast tie and untie various knots and hitches while providing enough bite to firmly hitch onto ropes. This 5/16in (8mm) cord works well on 3/8″ ~ 1/2″ ropes.
20kN/4800lbf high tensile strength, the cord will do great in a wide range of works, made into hitch loops and knots, lanyard, tethers for climbing, arborist, mountaineering, caving, and etc. It’s feasible for you to make 2-3 hitch knot cords out of the properly cut retail length of 12Ft (3.8m), based on needs.
