How to switch between “24-hour clock” and “12-hour clock” ?

Default mode of this watch is 12-hour clock. You may switch the 12/24 hour clock according to the following steps:

1-press button A to show time;
2-then press and hold button B 6 times until flashing “24 H” or “12 P” ;
3-then press button B or A to switch between “24 H” and “12 P”, then press and hold button B to confirm. Done.
