The new line of Cross Trail poles is equipped with the innovative Cross Shark Grip that offers the speed and power transmission of the Trigger Shark system (with its click-in-and-out mechanism) combined with the support of an ergonomic hiking grip for comfort during downhills. The proven Trigger Shark Frame Strap completes the new Cross Shark system. The strap made of mesh material saves weight and features a wide support area for effective power transfer and maximum breathability.

MCT Vario TA

Features:

This lightweight MCT Vario TA folding pole is made from the highest quality aluminum. The newly created Cross Shark grip offers the speed of the Shark system and the support of a hiking grip. It has been designed especially for speed-orientated mountaineering. The rounded supporting surface of the grip offers maximum comfort. The breathable Trigger Shark strap allows a direct connection to the grip and perfect power transmission. Thanks to the CLD the pole folds down to a length of 43cm.

Cross Shark grip with sweat absorbing open-pore foam and a cork-look offers a flexible hold for all terrains, the thermo grip extension offers even more comfort and versatility.
Built in 8° Positive Angle in LEKI grips keeps wrist in neutral position and provides more efficient pole plants.
Super stable, extremely robust and very durable heat-treated HTS 6.5 Series Aluminum shafts for years of performance.
Speed Lock 2 locking mechanism enables you to adjust the length of your pole quickly and easily, even if it’s cold and you’re wearing gloves.
LEKI is the only pole manufacturer that pre-grinds all shafts to ensure optimal pretreatment for further machining steps.
LEKI contributes to the protection of the atmosphere by using water-based paint systems and introducing emission-free powder varnish technology.
All processed coatings and printing inks are free of compounds containing heavy metals and harmful AZO dyes.
